Chairman
Rodney Hornstein
An experienced director serving on the boards of both established public companies and
emerging companies. Rodney is Chairman of Alphameric Plc a fully listed public company
quoted on the London Stock Exchange. As a former senior executive with wide experience in
general management, Rodney has been involved with the information technology industry since
1958 when he joined IBM. Rodney has BSc Honours in Mathematics and participated in Senior
Executive Programme, Stanford Business School, California.
Non-Executive Director
Ray Grainger
A former senior executive with British Airways, Ray was Deputy Director of Sales
Worldwide responsible for Passenger Sales, International Customer Service and Worldwide
Cargo. Other senior posts in British Airways included GM Ground Operations Heathrow, Head of
Revenue Management, and Managing Director of Travicom (Galileo predecessor company). From
its inception in 1999, Ray was VP Sales for the oneworld airline alliance between British
Airways, American Airlines, Iberia, Qantas, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Aer Lingus and Lan
Chile. Ray holds an M.A. in Operational Research from Lancaster University and a First Class
Honours B.Sc. in Pure Mathematics from Sussex University. Ray is a Fellow of the Royal
Aeronautical Society.
Non-Executive Financial Director
Peter Cruttenden
During a thirty year career with IBM, Peter was Director of Finance & Planning
and main board member of IBM's United Kingdom subsidiary, and had a number of international
roles covering many aspects of finance, quality and the management of complex multi-country
projects. He is also currently Honorary Treasurer for the Royal National Institute for Deaf
People and Chair of Drum Housing Association, a registered social landlord in Hampshire.
Peter is a graduate of Cambridge University.

Stephen Bartlett-Bragg
A former senior airline executive with both Qantas Airways and British Airways with
broad experience in all aspects of airline commercial activities that included; direct and
indirect distribution, market development, yield and revenue management and sales and
marketing. Stephen was also a Board Member of Sabre Pacific.
Co-Founder & Executive Director Operations
John Edginton
An experienced entrepreneur with extensive success prior to establishing EB2 in the
areas of Database Marketing and Management. His own company that specialised in outsourced
technology and marketing services for blue chip companies such as Westpac Bank and Toyota
Australia.
CTO
Michael Huynh
Michael has held various senior technology leadership roles in the eCommerce application
space with a focus on internet booking platform architecture, development and operations.
Michael's previous experience includes leading the development of Travelport's flight and
car booking engines for its UK and European markets, handling SAP delivery engagements as a
Business Process Consultant at Accenture and presales engineering for Asia-Pacific clients
at a wireless technology start-up.

Keith Waterton
Keith Waterton has a wealth of experience in the VC market having worked for 10 years as
a FD for predominately SME businesses. He over saw the successful Start-up and ultimate sale
of businesses in both the UK and Germany and brings substantial knowledge to the team in the
form of both financial and commercial management of aspiring companies.
Global Head of Sales
Dominic Clarke
Joined British Airways as part of their General Management Graduate Programme in 1995.
After holding positions in the airport operation, Relationship Marketing, and as a Sales
Manager in the USA, Dominic spent 4 years as a Commercial Manager in the Ecommerce
Department where he was responsible for driving a number of ba.com projects incorporating
E-ticket, re-launch of the Frequent Flyer Programme online, development of the B2B channel,
and channel shift from the call centre operation.
Partnership Manager
Nicholas (Nic) Hathaway
Has over 20 years of experience working in the travel industry working for Thomas Cook
and British Airways before leaving to work for two key suppliers to the airline industry.
Nic spent 15 years working for British Airways working in various roles in the UK and
overseas; these roles included, IT Project Manager, Marketing, Sales Management roles in the
Middle East & USA, and finally Product Development where Nic managed and worked in
partnership with cross functional teams across the airline developing the British Airways
on-board hospitality product. Since leaving British Airways Nic has spent the past 2 years
working for two key suppliers to the airline industry as an Account Director in a Sales
& Business Development role.
Platform Architect
Charles Blaxland
Brings broad IT consulting experience from Object Consulting in a variety of industry
segments including Travel, Insurance, Telecommunications, Banking and Retail. He has been
involved with the architecture and successful implementation of many large, mission
critical, distributed systems utilising a variety of technologies such as J2EE, .NET, CORBA
and C++. Charles has been involved with EB2 since 2001.
